What if I don't have my photos yet?

No problem! You can still place your order now to reserve your spot in our production schedule. Once your photos are ready email them to hi@hardendesignshop.com as well as your order number. You'll receive your digital proof 1-3 business days after your photo/photos are received.

Can I change ink colors or customize my greeting?

Small customizations and text edits may be possible depending on the design. Please reach out before ordering, and we’ll be happy to discuss your options hi@hardendesignshop.com

When will I have my cards?

You’ll receive your digital proof within 1-3 business days after we receive your photo. One round of revisions is included for design or address update. Once you approve the proof, printing takes about 5 business days before shipping. Need them sooner? Contact us for rush options.
